10 Most Beautiful Streets in the World You Must Visit!

  1. Brunngasse, Switzerland

The street’s name suggests it is in Switzerland, one of the most visited tourist countries in the world, if not the most traveled country.

Strangely, the breathtaking beauty of Switzerland is centered around the country’s quaint villages.

Brunngasse is one such village.

It is peace and calmness written all over the street which is lined with long balconies that are decorated with lovely flowers.

There are chalets that belong to another century. The shade that falls on the street is absolutely picture-perfect.

Brunngasse Street is located in the village of Brienz. Incidentally, this street is voted as the most beautiful street in all of Europe.

I am sure, no one had contested this award. Brienz village is ideally located on the banks of Lake Brienz.

Oh, my God. Isn’t it a dreamy location? I am jealous of the people of Switzerland.

I saw more than 10 photos of Brienz village and I wish I pasted them here. Every photo of this Swiss paradise created a pang in me.

When you go to Brienz, don’t forget to take a scenic ride in a train that is pulled by a vintage steam locomotive.

I assure you, Brienz will occupy your heart and thoughts, even after a decade of your visit.

  1.   Luis de Camoes Street, Portugal

I am presenting you one more of the umbrella streets that demand a place in the list of the most beautiful streets in the world.

I wonder who thought of this brilliant idea of having a roof of a street, made of open, and colourful umbrellas. This is certainly a heart stealer. The Luis de Camoes Street is located in the city of Agueda, central Portugal.

You can visit this enchanting street in less than 4 hours from Lisbon, the capital of Portugal.

Alternatively, you can fly up to the city of Porto from where, this stunning umbrella street is only 65 km away.

Luis de Camoes Street’s most visited and visible spot is a small café where you get to taste the country’s most favourite dish called, ‘roasted suckling pig’.

A whole pig is roasted and kept as an alluring display in the city’s restaurants.

The umbrella-covered street is known for eating several local food specialties that include awesome desserts, and some chilled sparklers.

You can find several street food vendors, and fruit stalls displaying very fresh fruits, road performers, and graffiti artists.

Hey, as a matter of fact, you can opt to stay in a hotel that is located right on this beautiful street. XPT Agueda is the name of the hotel.

Just about everyone who is planning to visit Paris, will have a date with Moulin Rouge Cabaret club. Visitors’ intention will be to keep up the date at all costs.

This popular nightclub is located in Montmartre which is not a single street but a locality in Paris that is considered as the entertainment district in the City of Light. It is thus called because the city of Paris comes to full life when the lights go on after dusk.

From dusk to dawn, Montmatre is the place you should be, at least on one day during your visit to Paris.

Yes, Montmartre lures you to make an exclusive trip to Paris, just to join the entertainment, eat the most authentic French food, and drink real fizzy champagne.

The art studios are the most patronized spots in all over France. The French people are crazy about fine arts, especially drawing, painting, tattooing, and graffiti on the roads, and on the walls.

Statues and museums are numerous in Montmartre.
