It is located just opposite the Egmore railway station and surrounded by restaurants and bars.  The Chennai railway station is only 3 km from here and the Marina beach is about 4 km from here. You can reach the airport in less than an hour by taxi. If you opt to go by suburban train, you can reach the airport in 30 minutes only.
Hotel Pandian has 90 A/c & Non A/c rooms, with attached bath & Western style toilet. It has a built in restaurant too and a bar that is well patronized.
